You will always remain in control of where your data resides, because it is located right here in Green Bay, Wisconsin.
After your colocation order has been submitted, we will allocate IP addresses and forward them to you. Your equipment should come configured with these allocated IPs, as well as, the gateway. Should you need to drop ship your servers from a vendor, we can accommodate that too. Once the equipment arrives, we will rack it, power it up and attach a KVM so you can access the device and configure it to your specific needs. We can also help you troubleshoot hardware issues by attaching a console or KVM for you to identify and isolate the problem. If you need us to de-rack and ship a unit out for repair, we can do that as well, just provide a RMA number, address and prepaid shipping label.
